1988 General Mills, hard plastic bank. The image is of the iconic Snap, Crackle and Pop characters from the Rice Krispies cereal I grew up on. Inside the bank, I found a battery powered piece that may be a sound board. It is in need of repair, which I will attempt to work on. It seems that if a coin is dropped into the bank, it is meant to go through this piece and possible activate a sound. I'm going to guess that the sound is the "snap, crackle, pop" sound that the characters represent. We will see.
