Punchinello Musical Jack-in-the-box

Punchinello, a.k.a., "Punch" of the quarrelsome couple Punch and Judy characters, is a well known puppet/character. The characters originated in Britain but their products can now be found from various places. The Punchinello doll is crafted of porcelain and fabric and housed in an elaborately decorated wooden box. The bottom winding tool, starts the music box which plays a Piano Concerto by Tchaikovsky. This interesting find came with the box that was in poor condition but is still functional enough to store the item.

Punch's raised hand is typical of his character's behavior as even in the mechanical bank there is a baton being swung by him at Judy, while Judy swings a pan back at him.
