Toy Box w/ Rotating Carousel. This item was made by The San Francisco Music Box Company and is also labeled as Made in China. There are several similar boxes on line which leads me to think it was quite popular when it first came out. It is an adorable, sweet piece. It winds from the bottom and the carousel spins to reveal the different animals. There is a teddy bear on the outside of the box, perched on the edge, holding a drum and another sitting on the ride, outside part of the box. On the lid is a clown made to look as if it were attempting to climb to the top. There is a missing piece in the front opening, which seems to have been a sailor duck. Still a cute piece even with the missing animal. I paid $3.99 for it because it wasn't working but after repairing it, I think it sounds great and was worth the buy. See the video below.
