Vintage Charley Weaver Toy by Rosko
Cliff Arquette was an American comedian and actor. He was born in 1905 and died in 1974. One of the characters he was known for was Charley Weaver, the Bartender. The toy comes in different variations. The earlier ones shake the mix, pour the drink, sip from the martini glass, turn red in the face and then blow smoke out of the ears. This is one of the funniest toys I've run across. The one I found already looks drunk.
