Where can I find curios, vintage and antique items?
-Your family may have items passed on to them from previous generations. Begin asking around at your next family function.
-Flea markets; a.k.a. pulgas, are hot spots for random finds. If you find individuals selling personal items, they are where you need to stop first.
-Goodwill stores will have donated items for resale. They may be overpriced but they replenish shelves frequently so visit often. You never know what you will find.
-Estate sales advertise various items that can be interesting and of high value. You'll have be the early bird to beat the crowd though.

-Rummaging through yard sales may land you a surprising treasure. Check your local paper to determine what is being sold. This will minimize your drive unless you don't mind the scattered sales.

-Auctions are few and far between but you can look online for locations and dates.
-Local police auctions sell off confiscated items to the highest bidder. The items aren't always vintage but they are affordable.
